Delivery is free on orders over $100. Lake houses, the White Mountains and the North Country can carry a delivery fee, and customer service will contact you if one applies.
Homes receive their gift by the close of the delivery day and businesses during business hours. When a building has a receiving point - a front desk, mailroom or reception - the delivery is complete once it accepts the gift. At a seasonal home, make sure someone is there to take perishables in.
